Alva Auråen Dahl (working under the artist persona No Spaghetti) is a Norwegian illustrator working across traditiondal and digital media.
About the Work
No Spaghetti explores psychological space and visual simplification in different media.
One piece presents a dark, corridor-like interior rendered digitally, Another illustration adopts a flat, graphic style,rendered with exaggerated simplicity and humor.
The hand-drawn works on paper depicts distorted,semi-figurative animals,with an anatomy has dark and unstable features.
Together, these works show a practice that moves between digital illustration, 3D-influenced imagery, and traditional drawing.
